Animal Finger Puppets

Bright and beautiful finger puppets made by Brighton based crafter, Jilly Thompson. Jilly came from a family of crafters and artists and has been making things since she was a child. She grew up in the 50’s and 60’s in London and originally trained as a potter before becoming a bespoke dress/costume maker until she retired seven years ago. 

Since then she has had time to make, create and travel. For the last year she has been making small ‘treasures’ to sell online and we are lucky to have them in our shop both online and at the gallery.  These finger puppets are hand-embroider on felt.
